Food Services Program

Earn a certificate from the Niagara Catholic District School Board and pursue your career in “Short Order Cooking” in the food industry.

The Food Services Program offers 432 hours of theory and 220 hours of “hands-on” in the basics of food preparation, nutrition and cost management. Upon successful completion of the program, a student is awarded a Food Services Certificate.

Important:
You must have a Grade 10 Education. A $60.00 fee plus chef approved hat, apron, white shirt and shoes. (to be purchased by student) applies.
